We have many different options to carry bikes with your 2008 Cadillac SRX. If you click on the links provided, you can see the trunk mounted racks we have determined to be a fit for your vehicle, as well as the most popular hitch mounted racks as determined by our customers.

Of the various trunk mounted options, the Thule OutWay # TH45JV for a 2-bike model or # TH56BV for a 3-bike model are the most popular choices. The OutWay uses only 2 rubber coated straps to attach to the vehicle, instead of the more difficult to use straps that other racks use. The ratcheting cables allow the rack to be installed or removed very quickly and easily.

If your SRX is not a Sport Package model, you could install a hitch like the Curt # C13050. The hitch would allow you to tow if necessary, as well as provide an attachment point for many other hitch-mounted accessories like a cargo carrier or a bike rack. The Swagman Trailhead is an excellent mid-priced rack that is available in 2-bike # S63360, 3-bike # S63365 or 4-bike # S63380 models.

To carry women's bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # TH982XT or # 64005 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
