The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391TES317 does not require the use of a stabilizer strap to carry your bike rack on your 2022 Tesla Model 3. Some specific Curt hitches did used to require a stabilizer but the # 391TES317 is designed strong enough to not need one.
This hitch has a removable receiver for a fully concealed look when you're not carrying your bikes to the trail. The sturdy center block allows secure mounting and easy removal of the rack receiver. It has an integrated lock to protect the rack receiver from theft as well. It's made of a durable stainless steel construction to resist rust and corrosion.
Note: This hitch as is, is only for use with hitch-mounted racks and carriers. If you wanted to tow a small trailer you would need the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball # 391CONVB7.
