I narrowed down the brand of your tonneau cover to TruXedo based on the tension control design and then spoke with a TruXedo tech using your 1113645 part number. Unfortunately it came back to a discontinued cover so you would have to have someone custom make your tarp to get an exact fit, which would ultimately cost more in the long run than just buying a a whole new cover.
If you would like to just replace the cover completely then I recommend the TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # TX281101. This cover attaches on top of your truck bed side rails with clamps and rolls up to store conveniently behind the cab. The dual latching mechanism with built-in, pre-set tension control keeps the cover tight in any climate, sets the tension of the cover automatically when the rear header is snapped into place, lets you easily release the cover one latch at a time for easy access to your cargo, and provides added security when used with locking tailgate.
