How wide and how wide are the two holes apart.?

In regards to the Replacement CE Smith Vertical Bunk Bracket part # CE10160A40, the frame mounting holes are 3-9/16" apart and the bunk board mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart. I have attached a photo below.
