Your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee is going to have a plug and play connector connector located under the dash on the driver's side. At the 10:23 mark of the attached installation video you will see this connector being located. This will allow you to use the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED77FR and skip splicing wires to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller - 2 Braking Modes - 1 to 3 Axles - Proportional # RED44FR.
