Question:
Im looking for a lunnte ring with bolt holes 4.5 center to center top to top 4.5 center to center top to bottom do you carry it.?

I contacted the manufacturer and found that the mounting hole dimensions of the Lunette Ring with 4 Hole Base, item # C48550, are 4-1/2 inches up and down and 4-1/2 inches left to right so this item should be the correct fit for your truck and trailer.
