From what I was seeing in the online owner's manual for a 2020 Honda Civic it looks like you can't flat tow it, but the manual said that using a tow dolly is acceptable for emergency towing so you may be able to use a tow dolly for your application. I recommend reaching out to your local Honda dealer to see if they have any more insight into this.
If you are able to use a tow dolly then I highly recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045 because it is an aluminum dolly that comes with everything that you need right out of the package, and this has a folding tongue so it will be easier to store at home and at the campsite.
