Question:
My husband bought me a ROLA roof basket in August of this year and it is rusting and dripping rusty water all down my rig. I would like to trade for a 1 piece basket as this one is two pieces and is causing a big mess.

I'll be happy to recommend a replacement roof basket for your 2021 Toyota 4Runner!
Since roof baskets are a larger item all of them will require some assembly and I've never heard of a single solid roof rack. The Rola brand is definitely more on the cost-effective end of things which is why you're seeing that rust issue this quickly. To avoid future rust issues I recommend going with an aluminum roof basket since aluminum won't rust.
My favorite, and the one I recommend, is the Inno Roof Deck Platform Rack which comes in a smaller 39-1/2" x 43-1/4" # INA510 size as well as a larger 55" x 55" # INA520 size. I really like this system because it is lighter than it looks, can accommodate up to 165 lbs (check to make sure you don't overload your roof capacity), and it is extremely easy to install since you use the memory mount clamps. You can also add the Eye Bolt Kit # IN37FR or Rail Kit, part # IN24FR for small or # IN57FR for large, for easy tie-down points as well.
I've actually had the chance to install this system a few times so I'm attaching a link to my video of this on a 2019 RAV4 for you to check out and get my take on it.
