Question:
Any reason not to spring for the air lift 5000? 2.5 x the capacity seems like a pretty good deal.

The most popular air bag kit for a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57204 which is what I recommend using. The Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs part # AL59565 are very light duty and not worth it in my mind when you can get the LoadLifter air helper springs for a bit more. The pressure is adjustable so even for light loads there is no benefit.
