Question:

I have a 2021 Mazda CX-5. I want to get a hitch put on for my bike rack but I don't want to change the appearance. Can you recommend the hitch that will show the least when installed?

This hitch has a completely hidden crossbar and removable hitch receiver. When the hitch receiver is removed you will not know that you have a hitch installed on your CX-5.
