The bolt size of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13281 hardware is HHCS,M10x1.25,30,CL10.9,YZ and the washer is S-CON,7/16,YZ. You'll need 8 bolts and eight washers.
To make it easy you can order the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK which will come with the correct hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13281. Above the "add to cart" button there is a "Hitch Item Number" box that you would fill in with "13281" and the "Manufacturer" box can be filled in with "Curt" to get the manufacturer hardware kit.
