Class S Snow Tire Chains For 315/75-16 Tires
Published 12/02/2021 >
Question:
Hello I have a trailer with driven wheels but with about 2 inch of clearance to the fenders. The tire size is 315-75-16. I was looking at the tire chain part number TC1118 but that is one for small tires. Is this model chain also available that will fit my machine? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
The chains you mentioned have a Class S designation for limited wheel well clearance, and there is an option for Class S snow tire chains that fit your 315/75-16 tires, though it is not exactly the same model as the chains you mentioned; the correct fit is the following:
- Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link # TC2337
The # TC2337 chains will give you the added traction you are looking for in the snow while providing the necessary clearance from your fenders. I have added a link below to a video review of these chains for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
