Which 5th wheel hitch is recommended for a 2022 Ram 3500 long bed with the OEM puck system?

Because of its high level of quality and because its one of the few options manufactured in the US, I'd recommend the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram OEM tow package, part # BWRVK3600. The hitch features massive 1 inch thick jaws that hold the king pin very tightly which prevents it from moving around. This reduces much of the banging and clanging experienced when towing. The dampened hitch head further isolates the tow vehicle from road shock experienced by the 5th wheel.
I'd also recommend a lube plate like # RP83002 which would eliminate the need to apply grease to the hitch skid plate.
