Will the Channel Mount Kit for Kuat Grip Ski Carrier Work with C-Channel Rhino Rack Crossbars

Question:
I have the Rhino-Rack RVP Vortex Aero Crossbars which have a C-Channel and wanted to see if this would work to help channel mount my Kuat Grip ski mount to the cross bar. While it says these are T-Channel, it looks pretty similar to the C-Channel. Please let me know and appreciate the help!
