Question:
Will this fit my 1999 Ford F250 LD 5.4? How important is it to have a shroud? Do sell fan shrouds? I have a FLX116 with no shroud.

Yes the Derale electric fan part # D16919 that you referenced does fit your 1999 Ford F-250 with a 5.4 liter engine. Shrouds do make a noticeable difference as they force the air to come through the radiator instead of also allowing air to move through the blades that is to sides of fan. So you get all of the CFM moved through the radiator as opposed to a diminished amount.
We do not offer shrouds separately at this time.
