Will this system work with Discovery sport with a panoramic sunroof?

Yes, if your 2019 Land Rover Discovery Sport has the naked roof you can install the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack using the following:

53" WingBar Evo Crossbars - Black # TH711420
Evo Clamp Feet - # TH710501
Fit Kit - # TH145213

If you have the raised rails then you can use the same 53" bars # TH711420 but you'll use the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 instead.

Both systems will work with the panoramic sunroof (although it's recommended not to open the sunroof while the roof rack is installed) and if you'd like to add locks to either system you can do so with the kit # TH450400.
