When welded to a flat surface, is the opening on these large enough to use with the Roadmaster safety cable extensions part RM-650648-22 ?

The Roadmaster 22" Safety Cable Extension # RM-650648-22 will fit with the Buyers Products Weld-On Safety Chain Retainer # 3375471000. I went out to our warehouse to verify this and included a couple pictures that show these two products together. The pin on the chain retainer is held in with a clevis pin that is easily removed and will allow you to attach the safety chain easily and there is plenty of room for the chain to move in the retainer.
