1 is there a buddy brake system in my flat tow vehicle that will accept a signal from my trailer brake controller? 2 if not is there a buddy brake system that uses a wireless controller battery powered that I can change Braking level from the cab.

This is a good question but there isn't a supplemental braking system for flat towed vehicles that allows you to use a standard trailer brake controller. For a simpler setup that is similar to what you mentioned wanting you could use the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TRwhich rests in the floorboards of the towed vehicle and uses a wireless remote that installs in the cab of the towed vehicle.
