Unfortunately, it does not appear that you can install a traditional aftermarket roof rack on your Ford Mustang Mach-E. It does not matter if you have the 2021 or the 2022. There is one option left, if you prefer carrying your items on the roof of your vehicle. The SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long - Black, part # 298-SX6000B, is a vacuum cup mounted roof rack with a weight limit of 150 lbs. Once installed, you could attach traditional roof rack accessories to your vehicle. If you do not want to go with the SeaSucker option, you still have the option of getting a hitch receiver to carry your bikes, tow an utility trailer, or a hitch mounted cargo carrier, if you have the 2021 model year.

If you do decide to go with a hitch receiver, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2". part # DT92MR, would be my choice. It has a maximum tongue weight f 350 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs.
