Yes, you will be able to use the Saris Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # SAR36VR with the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH69TX.
What we've found is that bike rack manufacturers tend to only "confirm" something works if it has their brand, but the specs for the Saris swing away have provisions enough for the T2 Pro XTR like what you're talking about. The only thing to really keep in mind is that the swing away has a weight capacity of 250 lbs and this bike rack weighs in at 96 lbs so you need to make sure the weight of your bikes doesn't push that limit. It would also be a good idea to make sure that the weight capacity of your hitch is up for all of this as well.
