Will the Yakima Fat Tire Straps Y02470, though sold as an accessory for the Two/Four Timer racks, work with the ratcheting mechanisms on the Yakima Forklift racks? The pictures seem to indicate they would, but I havent found text to say if they would or wouldnt.

Since the bike rack you have is the Yakima Forklift # Y02098 the correct fat bike strap adapter you'd need is the part # Y8880229 which is 2-1/2 inches longer than what the rack came with.
