The correct Timbren kit you'd need for your 2003 Ford F-150 4x4 is the part # TFR1525HD that you referenced and since you have the two inch leveling kit as well you'd need the spacers # A25723-90AH00 as well. You'd need a total of 4 of these since you have a 2 inch lift that's on both sides of the truck axle.
