Jensen AWM968L Replacement On A 2015 Lance Travel Trailer

Question:

We bought our 2015 lance trailer brand new. We have a jensen system. When we try to play a cd it it said loading and was going in circles. Sometimes the radio worked then it would cut out or not come on. What is the life expectancy? Could it be repaired or do we need to purchase a new one? If a new one, I have only found refurbished ones or ones that look like ours but has a different model number. Thank you for your help,

It's possible you could take it to get repaired but it may be cheaper to upgrade your unit. The Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is identical to your Jensen AWM968L, and has the same cutout dimensions as your current unit, making this a direct replacement.

These units will typically last about 5 years depending on how well it's taken care of it may last longer or it may be shorter.
