I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2404 for your 2021 Ram 4500. These air springs are rated at 5,600lbs which is higher than the 5,140lb payload capacity of your Ram. Do remember that the air springs will not increase your payload, they only assist in supporting the weight with your suspension.

I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980EZ to easily adjust the air pressure in your air bags. This compressor system can be controlled by either the included wireless remote or you can use the Air Lift App with your smartphone to adjust the air pressure in the air bags. With the wireless control you won't have to run air lines or wiring into the cab to be able to monitor the air pressure while you drive.
