When installed, how high is this off the ground?

I was able to speak to a representative from EcoHitch today. I was told that the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 306-X7219, measures from 10-1/4" from the ground to the top of the hitch receiver.
