Availability of Mast Support Brace and Knob for Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack

I bought a Hollywood destinations two bike rack this year. I went to put a bike on the car today and the bolt and the knob that holds the mast in its vertical position on the slotted himge are missing. Any thoughts on replacing that part?
