Question:
I’d like to raise the rear of my Ram 2500 2” when unloaded and to also assist in keeping my truck from sagging when towing. Do you have the measurements of the air bags when deflated and inflated? Do you think this will work for what I’m wanting?

Air bags are not really going to raise your 2018 Ram 2500 when it is unloaded, as they simply serve as a support mechanism for your current suspension; it is possible the back of your truck could ride at most an inch or so higher, but it won't serve as a lift. This is true of all air bags, including the ones you asked about from Air Lift, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57289.
The air bags of the # AL57289 measure 6 inches tall as a standard, but there isn't an inflated/deflated measurement available. So while they won't work to raise your '18 Ram, what they will definitely do is help keep it from sagging. This allows the weight to be more even at the front and rear of your Ram, improving its handling and braking while offering a smoother ride.
The Air Lift # AL57289 will be really beneficial for you if you're okay without getting that lift. The only other thing I do highly recommend is adding a compressor in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier. The best option to do so is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ.
