Yes, it does make a difference and you will need to take a look at your leaf springs before you make your order to see which kit you will need. Both RoadActive Suspension kits item # RAS4514-SAT and item # RAS4524-SAT fit a 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4-Door Long Bed 4WD pickup but you have to look at your rear suspension first to determine if your leaf springs are above or below the axle. If your leaf springs are below the axle you will need the item # RAS4514-SAT and if they are above the axle you will need item # RAS4524-SAT.
