Distance From Ring to Nut of Curt Lunette Ring C48530

Question:
How long could the bushing be that this ring would mount into? Essentially what is the distance from the base of the ring to where the washer would contact the nut? Is the shaft of the mounting stud 2”?

The diameter of the shaft is indeed 2 inches, and the distance from the base of the ring when the nut is threaded on with the cotter pin in place is 2-1/16 inches for the Curt Lunette Ring # C48530.
