I have a 1993 Ford Econoline 250 with a Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Class 5 receiver. Will this bumper fit with that hitch? Thanks!

Yes the bumper part # 20107 that fits your 1993 Ford Econoline 250 would fit with the Draw Tite Class IV # 41906 that you have installed as well.
