I have a great ladder rack solution for you. Unfortunately, the Erickson Ladder Rack # EM07705 will not fit a 5-1/2 foot bed, 6-1/2 foot bed, or 8-foot bed with a deck rail system installed on your 2021 Toyota Tundra.
With that being said, a great alternative is the Rhino-Rack Reconn-Deck Overland Truck Bed Rack - 220 Lbs - 59" Vortex Crossbars # RR96VH (for 6-1/2 foot and 8-foot beds) and the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH97RV.
