Winch gear ratios aren't normally given for electric winches since they do not have a handle that gets cranked by hand which is what the ratio is factored with. So the best info I can give you on the Bulldog Winch part # BD54FR is the line speed when it has no load and line speed with its full load.
When there is not load the line moves at 16.4 feet per minute and draws 30 amps and then at a full load of 2,500 lbs it moves at 4.2 feet per minute and draws 200 amps.
