Will part 75540 fit properly on a 2022 RX450h F Sport? I also have the rear hatch kick sensor. I do not need wiring, this is for bike rack only. Thank you.

I have a solution for you, however after my research, there is not a custom fit hitch receiver for the 2022 Lexus RX450H F Sport yet.
We do offer trunk bike racks like the SeaSucker Hornet Rear Window Bike Rack - Handlebar Mount - Vacuum Cup Mounted # 298-BH1302.
Or the SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Vacuum Cup Mounted - Aqua Blue # 298-BK1910-AB.
I recommend the SeaSucker Hornet for its simple design and use, you don't have to remove a wheel and it is small and easy to store.
If you are more of a traditional trunk bike rack you can use the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier for Vehicles w/ Spoilers - Adjustable Arms - Trunk Mount # HRF2. It carries two bikes, fits most factory spoilers and has a 6 point mounting strap system.
