Question:

Looking to see what skid wheel would work best for my 20ft food trailer so I may back it up my drive way that has a 3 to 4 degree incline. thank you,

That is heavily dependent on the mounting points available for your 20 Ft. food trailer. But I prefer the Ultra-Fab Rotating Skid Wheels, # UF48-979014. These will clamp onto square crossbar locations to help prevent tail dragging and have wheels that rotate for full range of motion. I prefer the ability to bolt in place as opposed to needing to weld. The Ultra-Fab, # UF48-979015 is a similar wheel without the rotating feature.

However, if you do not have suitable location to use the clap on type, there is always the Ultra-Fab Steel Mini-Roller, # UF48-979022 that can be welded in place.
