It looks like the closest thing we have to that part number is the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # F87CR. This has a 10" lift, will fit 3" wide by 3"-5" tall trailer frames, and is rated for 1,500 lbs. Attached is a review video for you to check out.
