Question:
For the # VOM43HDCL1B camera, what is the transmission distance? I am looking to mount to a 2017 42-foot 5th wheel being towed by an F450. I would estimate the distance to be approximately 60 feet. Is there a booster? Any other recommendations for an observation camera, other than Furrion?

You are correct, due to the patented WiSight technology the Voyager RV Observation Camera System w/ Monitor and Mount #VOM43HDCL1B has as transmission distance of up to 60 feet away in real time even at freeway speeds.
Right now, there isn't a signal booster kit available for this observation system.
If you're looking for a farther transmission distance, I recommend the Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # 3378883000 which has a wide 150 degree viewing angle, and wirelessly transmits up to 328 feet. Two different mounts are included to support a wide array of applications, and can support up to 4 camera feeds at once with a 800x480 resolution.
