Most of the kayak carriers we sell are compatible with the Thule AeroBlade crossbars. That crossbar is a traditionally shaped elliptical bar with a t-channel. Most kayak carriers are compatible with one of those two mounting styles, if not both.

The kayak carrier you linked in your question is my favorite style of kayak carrier, the j-style carrier. The etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier - Folding - Universal Mount, part # e98878, will work with the Thule AeroBlade. This carrier is a j-style your kayak will be transported on its side. It comes with two cam straps and bow and stern tie-downs.

I have included a video review of the etrailer J-Style carrier and a link to our kayak carriers below. If you look under the "All Info" tab you will be able to see if that kayak carrier is compatible with elliptical shaped crossbars.
