We do have an air bag kit that will fit and work for your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with a 4 inch lift. You will need to add spacers, but the correct part for your truck with that amount of lift is the following:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57230
- Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 4" Lift # AL52440
This will work for your truck to ensure a more comfortable and controlled ride while helping level it out, though I do recommend verifying the rear does have a 4 inch lift so you can ensure these are the right spacers for your Ram.
