No you do not need to worry about the airbags going off on your 2020 Cadillac XT4 while installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C39FR.
Frontal air bags are generally designed to deploy in "moderate to severe" frontal or near-frontal crashes, which are defined as crashes that are equivalent to hitting a solid, fixed barrier at 5 to 15 mph or higher. Or hitting a parked car around 15 to 25 mph or higher.
If you do want to be totally sure there will be no air bag deployment, you can consult your user manual and find the fuse that is associated with the air bags and remove it during the installation process.
