Can I Remove My Thule Crossbars With My Hullavator Still Attached
Updated 10/23/2021 | Published 10/22/2021 >
Question:
Is it possible to remove my Thule Crossbars with the Hullavator attached, as a single unit?
asked by: Jolene K
Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, that should not be a problem at all. The Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs - Side Loading, part # TH898, does not interfere with how your crossbars attach to the the roof of your vehicle. I would just advise you to be careful if you are taking the crossbars off your vehicle by yourself. Due to the weight of the Hullavator, the crossbars might be a bit unwieldy.
