The determining factor of how much PSI the Taskmaster Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # TA97VR will be the style of the valve stem. The Taskmaster Steel Wheel appears to have reinforcement between the rubber and the threads like # AM20904. That style of valve stem is rated for 80 to 100 PSI.
If you need to run your tires at a higher PSI, you will need to use metal valve stems like # AM20906, which is rated for over 100 PSI.
