Yes, we do offer an air bag kit for a 2021 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis in the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2176. It's actually the only air bag kit offered for the cab and chassis models. It will do a great job of enhancing the rear suspension when towing or hauling allowing you get the perfect mix between support and comfort for each load. If you want to be able to adjust the pressure from in the cab, I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL58WQ.
