I have a 2017 ram with 5’7 box, will my cover for a 2019 ram 5’7 box? Both trucks do not have side ram boxes.

There was a big enough difference between the 2018 and the 2019 Ram 1500 models that the tonneau cover manufacturers had to come out with new fits so your cover from your 2019 would not fit a 2017 unless the 2019 was a Classic model.
So for an Access cover you'd want the part # A22040169 for the 2017 model.
