2008 F 450 Flatbed 8’ wide x 9.5’ long Where is the best location in relation to the rear axle? Also in relay to the rear corners of the bed?

Installation of the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks, # BWGNRK1500 is forward of the axle 2 to 6 inches. Ensuring that you have at least 72 inches from the corner of the bed to the center of the socket.
