I received my steps and they do not fit. Will I need the outrigger to get these on? Please help.

The Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs # SMFP-2100 were designed to fit a 26" mounting bracket width so if your older steps were a little big larger or wider you can definitely use the Lippert Outriggers for Manual RV Steps # LC301704 to help match these steps to your mounting plate bolt pattern.
