For your 2022 Toyota Highlander the correct and best option for a 4-way harness is the part # TK99FR for if you do not have the tow package or the # TK74FR for if you do have the tow package.

If you are not sure whether or not you have the factory tow package you'll want to reach out to the dealer but this is almost always listed on the window sticker if equipped. Please note, models without the factory tow package may still have the tow package plug but that does not mean the circuits are active which is something I see personally down in the shop frequently.
