My firestone air bag compressor turns on reaches the correct psi and then stays running

If an air compressor keeps running past the correct psi then this would indicate a faulty pressure switch. There are a few different styles so I'd really need to know the model of the system to confirm a replacement but the Firestone Pressure Switch part # F9016 is a common replacement which operates between 90 and 120 psi.
