Question:

I was reading the suggestions made for a customer named Chris who has a 2011 Raptor Fifth Wheel TH with a living room slide of 108.xinch flange to flange and approximately 3.x inch clearance from flange to Awning bar. You folks suggested either the LCV000168107 or the LCV000168108. I have the same issue on my 2020 Keystone Carbon model 348 Fifth Wheel TH. My living room slide measures 108.75inch flange to flange with 3.75inch clearance to the Awning bar. My question is are the same choices applicable to my RV?

For your 2020 Keystone Carbon 348 I recommend installing the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168108. This entire assembly is 108" wide which will fit just inside your 108-3/4" flange to flange measurement. The fabric on the topper itself is 5" narrower at 103" due to the hardware so your fabric will still cover your entire box. The 3-3/4" clearance to the awning is sufficient for each side.

If you went with the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168107 it is only 102" wide overall with a 97" fabric and parts of your slide out box would be unprotected.
