I am looking for a pair of extendable power mirrors for a 2021 Ford Transit 250 medium roof non-heated. I have included pictures of the current drivers side mirror.

I have a solution for you, but there are not any power mirrors for your 2021 Ford Transit 250 at this time. Instead, I recommend going with the CIPA Universal Fit Dual-View Towing Mirror - Clip-On # 11953. This universal mirror clips onto your factory mirrors as long as they are between 7" - 10" tall. This is for one mirror so you would need two for the pair.

If your factory mirrors are not 7" - 10" tall then your other option is to install CIPA Universal Deluxe Door-Mount Mirrors # 11650-2. This pair of universal mirrors clips onto your door and does not touch the factory mirrors at all, so this setup would definitely work for your 2021 Ford Transit 250 and this is what I recommend going with. The arms are adjustable and the mirrors can be extended up to 17" away from the door. I attached a helpful demonstration video for you.
