Yes, the SumoSprings Custom Front Axle Helper Springs, part # CSS-1094F, fit the stock front coil springs on your 2010 F-150. This product fits both 2- and 4-wheel drive models including the SVT Raptor versions.
The kit consists of two polyurethane springs and a supply of cable ties to secure the springs once installed.

The Sumo helper springs install within the turns of the stock front coil springs. Installation requires jacking up the front of the vehicle (with parking brake engaged and rear wheels chocked) and supporting the vehicle with appropriately-rated safety stands. Tire and strut removal simplify installation but are not required. You will insert the helper springs by hand (soapy water helps with this process), taking care to ensure both springs are seated symmetrically. Once in place you secure them with the supplied cable ties.

Once installed these helper springs provide progressive resistance, becoming stiffer as the load on them increases, and help reduce body roll. They require no maintenance. Please note that these helper springs do not increase your vehicle weight-carrying capacity.
